By using Hanoi Detective you agree to the terms below.
1. What the product is
Hanoi Detective is a paid location-based interactive game. When you buy a route, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to play through its content.
2. Accounts
Accounts are identified by email. Please protect your inbox — anyone with access to it can sign in using a one-time link.
3. Payments and refunds
Pricing is shown on each route page. Because content unlocks immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once a route has been unlocked, except in cases of technical failure on our side.
4. Prohibited behavior
Do not share your account, do not attempt to disrupt the scoring system, and obey local laws when visiting the locations referenced in the game.
5. On-site responsibility
When visiting real-world locations, you are responsible for your own safety and for following site-specific rules. We are not liable for injury or loss incurred on location.
